The True RMS Clamp‑On Meter Model 403 is safety rated at 1000V CAT IV. It measures voltage, current, resistance, frequency, True InRush, temperature, and continuity. It can also perform diode checks. Adapter mode allows external sensor inputs to be displayed. Delta relative function allows new measurements to be compared to a reference value. This rugged meter can operate in demanding work environments, and its IP54 rating allows it to withstand both dust and water spray.
