IDEC GT3W Series timing relays feature 8 selectable operation modes as well as 2 different time settings per timer. Modes of operation include sequential start, ON‑delay, recycler and instantaneous, recycler OFF start, recycler ON start, interval, interval ON delay and sequential interval.

Time‑delay relays play an important role in industrial control logic circuits. Common applications include flashing light control, engine autostart control, motor soft‑start delay control, and conveyor belt sequence delay.
