The KBMD, also known as the "Multi-Drive," can be used with motors from 1/100 through 2 horsepower and is housed in a NEMA-1 Aluminum enclosure. The heart of this DC Drive is the KBMM. A unique feature of the KBMD allows it to operate a 90 VDC motor from either 110 or 240 VAC making it universally acceptable.

The KBMG Series of four-quadrant regenerative DC drives consists of 2 models ranging from 1/50 through 2 horsepower. These, ultra-compact, chassis/IP-20 style drives are ideal for OEMs. For applications requiring repetitive reversing with regenerative braking, the KBMG Drives offer excellent repeatability and reliability.

The KBVF Adjustable Frequency Drives provide variable speed control for standard 3-phase and Permanent Split Capacitor AC induction motors from subfractional thru 1 1?2 HP. The sine wave coded PWM output operates at a carrier frequency of 16 kHz that provides high motor efficiency and low noise. Adjustable linear acceleration and deceleration are provided, making the drive suitable for soft-start applications. Due to its user-friendly design, the KBVF AC drive is easy to install and operate. Tailoring to specific applications is accomplished with selectable jumpers and trimpots, which eliminate the computer-like programming required on other drives. However, for most applications no adjustments are necessary. For more advanced programming, PC based Drive-Linkô software is available.

The KBMC and KBMS solid state controls provide infinitely variable speed control of shaded pole, PSC, and AC/DC motors. The consumer is allowed selection of air volume, noise level, and energy consumption to individual preference. All models utilize full-wave phase control circuitry that minimizes power loss and heat dissipation. Controls are UL recognized and CSA certified.

The KBAC Series of Adjustable Frequency Drives consist of six inverter models rated for 1/8 to 5 horsepower motors. These drives are housed in heavy duty NEMA 4X / IP-65 die-cast aluminum washdown/watertight enclosures for indoor or outdoor use. Hybrid drives are a digital drive with an analog interface.
