The DF power diode module series is designed for three phase full wave rectification. The mounting base of the modules is electrically isolated from semiconductor elements for simple heatsink construction. The typical applications of the DF series are AC, DC Motor Drive, AVR, and Switching.

Sanrex offers the F series modules in eight different circuits from single diodes to full single phase bridges. Two mosfet modules are available. One is a dual mosfet module and the other has two isolated mosfets. Single fast recovery diodes are rated up to 400 amps at 2000 volts with a recovery time of as little as 200 nanoseconds. Sanrex also offers a fast recovery single phase diode bridge at 60 amps at 1200 volts. Lastly, a single phase hybrid bridge, half control 20 amp, 600 volt bridge is standard.
