Designed for use as electrical junction boxes in highly corrosive environments including oil refineries and chemical processing plants, waste water treatment and marine installations, electroplating plants, agricultural environments, and food or animal processing plants. These enclosures are also suitable as instrument housings in both indoor and outdoor applications. Vynckier's VJ enclosures are capable of withstanding continuous temperatures from -58°F (-50°C) up to 302° F (150° C).
The VJ range consists of seven box sizes in several versions. Options include screw-down, lift-off covers; standard or padlockable latches; stainless steel piano hinges; non-metallic hinges; raised cover for greater enclosure depth; and bonded or gasketed polycarbonate windows. Bonded windows retain UL Listing for type 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, and 13. Gasketed windows not UL Listed.

DT Cover Series Image
Exclusive to Vynckier, the DT Cover is an accessory product that allows full view of instrumentation while protecting the system’s monitors, pushbuttons, etc. The hinged transparent door allows full access to components and controls when needed, without constant exposure to the outside environment. Customers benefit from reduced system costs, since instruments and components that are enclosed do not require Type 4X protection standards. DT Cover is ideal for conditions that require access to operation controls and instruments. Customers benefit from reduced instrument maintenance and replacement costs, since components are protected from corrosive environments including dust, moisture, chemicals, and residue from equipment washdowns.

Designed for use as insulated electrical junction boxes, terminal-wiring boxes, instrument housings, electrical control boxes, and pushbutton housings in wet, dusty, and / or corrosive environments. The Vynckier Miniature or VM Series is available in ten sizes ranging from 5 x 3 x 3 inch to 7 x 7 x 6 inch. Molded internal bosses offer back panel, component, or DIN-rail mounting. Optional clear covers made of polycarbonate are available.
