Controllers
HVAC controllers are used to regulate the operation of heating or air conditioning systems in a building, plant or room.

HVAC control systems use sensing devices like thermostats, humidistats and process controllers to compare the actual state of an environment with a predetermined setpoint. Controllers then turn on or turn off heaters, air conditioners and fans to adjust the ambient temperature and humidity to match the target state.

HVAC controllers use a combination of analog and digital inputs and outputs to perform a variety of actions, including taking measurements, starting and stopping equipment, and opening or closing valves, dampers and more.

The A19 Series Thermostat provides remote bulb or coiled bulb sensing for hazardous environments. These thermostats are designed for use in grain elevators, chemical and powder plants, mines, oil refineries, and similar sites. For use in Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups E, F, and G hazardous locations.

A11 Series Low Temperature Cutout Controls are available with single-pole, single-throw (SPST) or single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) contact action. Typical applications include the sensing of low temperature conditions to avoid over cooling or icing of hydronic coils, cooling coils, and liquid-handing pipes. The controls are compact and sturdy, and have an adjustable temperature setpoint range with a fixed differential. The range adjustment screw is accessible at the bottom of the control, and at the top of the control when the cover is removed.
The A11 Controls are compact and sturdy and feature an adjustable range with a fixed differential. The range adjustment screw is accessible at the bottom of the control or at the top, when the cover is removed. A factory-set low temperature stop is available when specified.

The A19 Series Temperature Controls are a universal replacement control for open high or single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) applications. The control is furnished with a well assembly for 1/2 in. tapping. This operating control is ideal for hot water boilers.

The A28AK is a two-stage temperature control with special air coil sensing element and adjustable mounting flange. These duct thermostats are used on roof top units, make-up heaters, duct heaters, and air handling systems of all types.
A350E On-Off Temperature Control Series Image
The A350E is an on/off, electronic, cooling-only control with Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) relay output and Light-Emitting Diode (LED) relay status indication. A cooling-only control, the A350E has two features that differentiate it from the A350A/B Series Electronic Temperature Controls: a selectable minimum setpoint and short/open sensor detection. The A350E also has an adjustable differential and an interchangeable temperature sensor. As are all System 350 products, the A350E is housed in a NEMA 1, high-impact plastic enclosure. The modular design provides easy, plug-together connections for quick installation and future expandability.

The A70 Series Temperature Control incorporates a vapor-charged sensing element. The A70G, A70H, and A70K have a four-wire, two-circuit contact block that contains two isolated sets of contacts. The contacts are designed so that when the main contact opens, the auxiliary contact closes. Typical applications include energizing an indicator light after a low temperature cutout on a ventilating system

The N-1001 Economizer Logic Network provides a sequence of logic functions for use with all types of mixed air handling units. The N-1001 provides fan interlock and minimum percent outside air damper position adjustment, as well as economizer switchover and other auxiliary switching strategies.

The W351 Electronic On/Off Humidity Control is an electronic humidity control with SPDT relay output and LED indication. This control is used in conjunction with the HE-67S3-0N0BT or HE-67S3-0N00P series of humidity transmitters to stage humidification and dehumidification equipment. The control covers a range of 10 to 90% RH and has adjustments for setpoint, differential, and mode (humidification or dehumidification). The S351 Stage Module, D351 Display Module, and the Y350R Power Modules can be used with the W351.
