Starting a send-in repair with Galco is easy! An extensive catalog of pre-priced repairs are available directly on our website to streamline the repair process. If you do not see your item or require further assistance, you can inquire about our repair service through email, phone, fax, or by visiting our will-call location.

Refurbished, Not Just Repaired
When applicable, our technicians will replace components that commonly fail. As a result, your equipment is refurbished, not just repaired. Galco proudly offers a full 18-month bumper-to-bumper warranty with all of our repairs. This means that the entire item that was sent in for repair is covered, not just the portions that were fixed.

Turnaround Options
Turnaround options include: 7-10 day standard service, 3-5 business day service, and Next day emergency service. If your item is received by noon with next day emergency service, it will be out the door by 5PM the following day.

Evaluation and Cleaning
After receiving and evaluating your unit, we will contact you for your approval to proceed. If you decide to not approve the repair, your item will be shipped back to you at no cost. Upon passing our evaluation and your approval, we will then proceed to run a static check on your item and then proceed to disassemble, wash, and dry your item. Please note that it can take your item a day or more to fully dry depending on the size and complexity of the unit.

Three-level Inspection Process
Once your item dries, the troubleshooting process begins, following a full reassembly. Upon completion of the repair, the item is thoroughly tested through a three-level process of inspections. After confirming that complete functionality and proper performance is restored, the repair tech who repaired your item will fill out a summary of the repairs performed.

Return Shipping and Tracking
When the repair is complete, your item will be shipped back to you in a foam-filled package and an antistatic bag at the shipping speed that you have selected. A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is shipped, allowing you to track it as soon as it is on its way back to you.
