Our well known 34 mm standard IGBT module is available in various configurations like single switch, half bridge, chopper and diode modules. Besides the IGBT chip technologies for low switching losses, saturation voltage and high switching frequency, the 34mm modules are also available with the state-of-the-art IGBT4 Trench with Field Stop.

The EasyPIM and EconoPIM modules series were developed in order to have a more cost effective compact design as well as a simplified and reliable mounting. Both product series are available with the well known solder or the new state of the art PressFIT connections. The PressFIT process can be separated from soldering and allows module mounting on soldering and component side of PCB. This increases the design flexibility. The high reliability of PressFIT contacts in general promises to increase the system reliability. This is especially of interest, if modules are operating in harsh environments. This way, it is an optimized product generation for low and medium power industrial drives.

SmartPIM modules are designed for cost effective and compact inverters with simplified and reliable mounting. The new Smart modules combine PressFIT technology with a sophisticated housing concept. Its new duplex frame reaches a very high level of reliability during the mounting process and operation. The PressFIT pin is connected to the PCB, the PCB is stabilized, and the module is mounted on the heat sink in one single step.
